REBECCA BAIR

Working with the curator Katherine Dennis and artist Rebecca Bair for Where the Light Meets My Shoulder, we explored ideas about the tension between obstruction and legibility. Although all the type of the signage design is legible, the decreasing opacity of the title type, shows the absorption of light into the background colour of the orange wall, as a contrast to the artwork of the halo of orange light emanating from behind Bair’s silhouette in the show.
