OUR STORIES AT 50

Burnaby Village Museum

Compiled through interviews with past and present staff and volunteers and selections from a vast array of archival materials, Our Stories at 50 follows the development of the Burnaby Village Museum over 50 years, from its founding as an immersive, ten-acre “living history” pioneer village, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of BC joining confederation, towards a more balanced and complex interpretation of the historical and cultural identities within Burnaby, all while creating an interactive, inclusive and inviting space for visitors.
