Catalogue accompanying Bobbie Burgers exhibition, The Hard Work of Spring, showing the transformation of Burger’s work as she adjusted from painting at a very large scale in a spacious studio to working at a smaller scale while at home during the pandemic. At home, she focused on drawing on paper which lead her to find connections between mediums that, when she moved back to the studio, trick the viewer and threw even herself off balance.
