Winsor Gallery Press Kit
Jennifer Winsor Zed, newly transplanted in Vancouver from London England, established the Winsor Gallery in 2002. The gallery differentiated itself immediately by representing emerging and established artists from Vietnam, Korea and China as well as Canadian artists, intuitively reflecting Vancouver's place in the Pacific Rim.
Using only a palette of neutral warm greys and black, the identity is explicitly connected through tactility and type treatment. The stock chosen for the business cards and letterhead is Classic Laid black and antique grey respectively and both are engraved. The stock for the folder is Classic Columns charcoal and is foil stamped in a warm grey. The pieces provide a subtle counterpoint to the often highly textured paintings, drawings and sculpture the gallery shows.
