Marceau Evans Johnson Architects
2005
Very much a collaborative project with the architects and designer Elisa GutiƩrrez, the key consideration in developing the mark and typographic treatment for Marceau Evans Johnson was the diversity of their audiences. Their projects are developed throughout British Columbia, not just in urban areas, and the architects actively involve the communities, many of whom are First Nations, in which they work. Settling on an organic, abstract image of tree rings, the mark wanted to be warm and approachable while welcoming the plurality of their audiences.
