Coming Home Exhibit Signage

This exhibit celebrated the local Fort Langley community, who had created a home for history by preserving the Fort Langley Hudson's Bay Company Post, transforming it into the Langley Centennial Museum. Showcased were the artifacts that the community had collected and donated to the museum over the years.

Within an incredible diversity of objects, photographs and printed ephemera, many of which had been in storage for decades, the signage was mounted on wooden palisades (reminiscent of the Fort's origins). Allowing the simplicity of a single image to be carry each sign, the signage took a decade by decade approach, following the museum's evolution from a community museum to a national historic site.
